Abstract:
The purposes of these study were ; 1) to investigate the needs and the technical designers characteristics of the designed cooperation. 2) to propose the guideline of technical designer development for vocational education institutions. Two sample groups were selected from the employers and the technical designer development experts were this obtained data were analyzed by mean , percentage, median, and content analysis of suggestions and comments. The results of the study were as follows : 1) The policy of technical designer development of high skill and technical design, which consider to a) stakeholder b) attitude toward vocational education c) curriculum design d) impact factor for designing curriculum. 2) The teaching and learning of technical designer, which consider to a) qualify student b) qualify teacher c) learning Management d) way of learning e) curriculum assessment. 3) The desirable characteristics of technical designers should be consider a) A person language skilled who can communicate well with colleague b) The desirable personalities of technical designer should be patient, polite and endeavor to work and c) The desirable skill have practical skills coupled with creativity at work. Suggestion 1. Future research should include comprehensive research and need of technical designers characteristics as major enterprises to small enterprises for specify character 2. Future research should be compare the data with enterprises who no have technical designers and have technical designers in the organization. In order to know the difference.
