Abstract: การศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกกับความคาดหวังของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจการค้าชายแดน : กรณีศึกษาอำเภอสะเดา จังหวัดสงขลา ครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยภายนอกกับความคาดหวังของผู้ประกอบการด้านการค้าชายแดนสะเดา จังหวัดสงขลา 2) เพื่อพยากรณ์ปัจจัยภายนอกที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการค้าชายแดนสะเดา จังหวัดสงขลา และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะผู้ประกอบการค้าชายแดนอำเภอสะเดา จังหวัดสงขลา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกทั้งด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม ด้านการเมืองและกฎหมาย และด้านเทคโนโลยีมีความสัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวกกับความคาดหวังจากผลกำไรยอดขาย และความยั่งยืนในธุรกิจของผู้ประกอบการค้าชายแดนอำเภอสะเดา จังหวัดสงขลา 2) การพยากรณ์กำไรของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจการค้าชายแดนอำเภอสะเดา จังหวัดสงขลา กับตัวแปรปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม และด้านการเมืองและกฎหมาย ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่าสัมประสิทธิ์ R Square มีดัชนีความเชื่อมั่น ร้อยละ 20.60 ในการพยากรณ์สภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลตอบแทนด้านกำไร คือ ด้านเศรษฐศาสตร์ ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม และด้านการเมืองและกฎหมาย โดยมีค่า F เป็นค่าบวกเท่ากับ 17.182 ที่ระดับ นัยสำคัญอย่างสูงในระดับ .000 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ดังนั้น ตัวแปรอิสระจึงเป็นนัยสำคัญมีอิทธิ พลในการพยากรณ์ตัวแปรได้อย่างถูกต้อง สามารถเขียนสมการถดถอยแสดงการพยากรณ์ สภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความคาดหวังด้านกำไร คือ Y1 = (.719) + (.007)E + (.035)C + .976P 3) การพยากรณ์ยอดขายของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจการค้าชายแดนอำเภอสะเดา จังหวัดสงขลากับตัวแปรปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม และด้านการเมืองและกฎหมาย ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่าสัมประสิทธิ์ R Square มีดัชนีความเชื่อมั่น ร้อยละ 5.80 ในการพยากรณ์สภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลตอบแทนด้านยอดขาย คือ ด้านการเมืองและกฎหมาย โดยมีค่า F เป็นค่าบวกเท่ากับ 12.427 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญอย่างสูงในระดับ .001 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ดังนั้น ตัวแปรอิสระจึงเป็นนัยสำคัญมีอิทธิพลในการพยากรณ์ตัวแปรได้อย่างถูกต้องสามารถเขียนสมการถดถอยแสดงการพยากรณ์สภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความคาดหวังด้านยอดขาย คือ Y2 = 1.244 + (.463)P 4) การพยากรณ์ความยั่งยืนของผู้ประกอบธุ รกิจการค้าชายแดนอ าเภอสะเดา จังหวัดสงขลากับตัวแปรปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้ อมภายนอก ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสั งคมและวั ฒนธรรม และด้านการเมืองและกฎหมาย ซึ่ งแสดงให้เห็นว่าสั มประสิ ทธิ์ R Square มีดัชนีความเชื่อมั่น ร้ อยละ 14.10ในการพยากรณ์สภาพแวดล้ อมภายนอกที่มีอิ ทธิ พลต่อผลตอบแทนความยั่ งยืนในธุ รกิจ คือ ด้านเศรษฐศาสตร์ ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม ด้านการเมืองและกฎหมาย และด้านเทคโนโล ยี โดยมีค่า Fเป็นค่าบวกเท่ากับ 8.150 ที่ระดับนัยส าคัญอย่างสู งในระดับ .000 เปอร์ เซ็ นต์ ดังนั้น ดังนั้น ตัวแปรอิสระจึงเป็นนัยส าคัญมีอิทธิพลในการพยากรณ์ตัวแปรได้อย่างถู กต้อง สามารถเขียนสมการถดถอยแสดงการพยากรณ์สภาพแวดล้ อมภายนอกที่มีอิ ทธิ พลต่อความคาดหวังด้านความยั่งยืนธุ รกิจ คือ Y3 = 2.576 + (-.238)E + (-.171)C +.714P + (-.297)T The study of the external environment and border trade entrepreneurs’ expectations: a case study of Sadao, Songkhla aimed to 1) examine the relationship between the external environment and the border trade entrepreneurs’ expectations in Sadao, Songkhla, 2) to anticipate the external environment affecting the development of the border trade entrepreneurs’ expectations in Sadao, Songkhla, and 3) to study problems and suggestions of the border trade entrepreneurs’ expectations in Sadao, Songkhla. The results were as follows: 1) The external environment regarding economy, society and culture, politics and law, and technology positively related with the profitable expectations and the sustainability of the border trade entrepreneurs in Sadao, Songkhla. 2) The profitable anticipation of the border trade entrepreneurs in Sadao, Songkhla and the factors of the external environment regarding economy, society and culture, and politics and law showed that the R-Square gains the reliable index number of 20.60%. In terms of the anticipation of factors on the external environment affecting the profitability, there were economy, society and culture, politics and law which F-Test was 17.182 and it was statistically significant at 0.000%. So, the independent variable was the significantly important factor in the anticipation and the regression of the anticipation of the external environment affecting the profitable expectations can be seen as Y1 = (.719) + (.007)E + (.035)C + .976P. 3) The anticipation of sales of the border trade entrepreneurs in Sadao, Songkhla and the factors of the external environment regarding economy, society and culture, and politics and law showed that the R-Square gains the reliable index of 5.80%. In terms of the anticipation of factors on the external environment affecting the sales, there was politics and law which F-Test was 12.427 and it was statistically significant at 0.001%. So, the independent variable was the significantly important factor in the anticipation and the regression of the anticipation of the external environment affecting the sales expectations can be seen as Y2 = 1.244 + (.463) P. 4) The sustainable anticipation of the border trade entrepreneurs in Sadao, Songkhla and the factors of the external environment regarding economy, society and culture, and politics and law showed that the R-Square gains the reliable index number of 14.10%. In terms of the anticipation of factors on the external environment affecting the sustainability, there were economics, society and culture, politics and law which F-Test was 8.150% and it was statistically significant at 0.000%.
