Abstract: การศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกกับความคาดหวังของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจการค้า ชายแดน : กรณีศึกษาอำเภอสุไหงโก-ลก จังหวัดนราธิวาส ครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยภายนอกกับความคาดหวังของผปู้ระกอบการธุรกิจการค้าชายแดนอำเภอสุไหงโก-ลก จังหวัดนราธิวาส 2) เพื่อพยากรณ์ปัจจัยภายนอกที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการค้า ชายแดนอำเภอสุไหงโก-ลก จังหวัดนราธิวาส และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะ ผปู้ระกอบการค้าชายแดนอำเภอสุไหงโก-ลก จังหวัดนราธิวาส ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม และด้าน การเมืองและกฎหมาย มีความสัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวกกับความคาดหวังจากผลกำไรของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจ การค้าชายแดนอำเภอสุไหงโก-ลก จังหวัดนราธิวาส 2) การพยากรณ์ความคาดหวังด้านกำไรของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจการค้าชายแดน อำเภอสุไหงโก-ลก จังหวัดนราธิวาสกับตัวแปรปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกด้านเศรษฐกิจด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม และด้านการเมืองและกฎหมาย แสดงให้เห็นว่าสัมประสิทธิ์ R Square มีดัชนีความเชื่อมั่น ร้อยละ 16.20 ในการพยากรณ์สภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกที่มีอิทธิพลต่อ ผลตอบแทนด้านก าไร คือ ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม และด้านการเมืองและกฎหมาย โดยมีค่า F เป็นค่าบวกเท่ากับ 9.346 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญในระดับ 0.001 สามารถเขียนสมการพยากรณ์ Y1 = -.630 -.152(eco) + .161(cult) + .935(polit) 3) การพยากรณ์ความคาดหวังด้านยอดขายของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจการค้าชายแดนอำเภอสุไหงโก-ลก จังหวัดนราธิวาสกับตัวแปรปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม และด้านการเมืองและกฎหมาย แสดงให้เห็นว่าสัมประสิทธิ์ R Square มีดัชนีความเชื่อมั่น ร้อยละ 5.10 ในการพยากรณ์สภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลตอบแทนด้านยอดขาย คือ ด้านการเมืองและกฎหมาย โดยมีค่า F เป็นค่าบวกเท่ากับ 7.879 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญใน ระดับ 0.001 สามารถเขียนสมการพยากรณ์ Y2 = 1.319 + .471(Polit) 4) การพยากรณ์ความคาดหวังด้านความยั่งยืนในธุรกิจของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจการค้า ชายแดนอำเภอสุไหงโก-ลก จังหวัดนราธิวาสกับตัวแปรปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกด้าน เศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม และด้านการเมืองและกฎหมาย แสดงให้เห็นว่าสัมประสิทธิ์ R Square มีดัชนีความเชื่อมั่น ร้อยละ 7.40 ในการพยากรณ์สภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกที่มีอิทธิพลต่อ ผลตอบแทนด้านความยั่งยืนในธุรกิจ คือ ด้านการเมืองและกฎหมาย โดยมีค่า F เป็นค่าบวกเท่ากับ 11.683 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญในระดับ 0.001 สามารถเขียนสมการพยากรณ์ Y3 = 1.260 + .440(polit)

Abstract: The external environment and the expectations of border entrepreneurs: the case of Sungai-Kolok district, Narathiwas province aimed to 1) study the relationship between external factors and expectations of border entrepreneurs of Sungai-Kolok district, Narathiwas province, 2) forecast the external factors that influence the entrepreneurs development of border SungaiKolok district, Narathiwas province, and 3) study the problems and suggestions of the border entrepreneurs of Sungai-Kolok district, Narathiwas province. The results were as follows: 1) The external factors including economic, social and culture, and politics and law are positively correlated to the expectations of profitability in the business of border entrepreneurs of Sungai-Kolok district, Narathiwas province. 2) In case of the forecast of expectation on profitability of border entrepreneurs of Sungai-Kolok district, Narathiwas province with external factors including economic, social and culture, and politics and law, it shows that the R Square coefficient values the confidence index of 16.20. In forecasting an external environment that influences the Operating Profit Margin, it is economic, social and cultural, and political and legal aspects. The F value is 9.346 at a significant level of .001 percent. The regression analysis of the external environment that influencing the expectation of profit is Y1 = -.630 -.152(eco) + .161(cult) + .935(polit). 3) In case of the forecast of expectation on sales of border entrepreneurs of SungaiKolok district, Narathiwas province with external factors including economic, social and culture, and politics and law, it shows that the R Square coefficient values the confidence index of 5.10. In forecasting an external environment that influences the sales, it is political and legal aspects. The F value is 7.879 at a significant level of .001 percent. The regression analysis of the external environment that influencing the expectation of profit is Y2 = 1.319 + .471(Polit). 4) In case of the forecast of expectation in sustainability of border entrepreneurs of Sungai-Kolok district, Narathiwas province with external factors including economic, social and culture, and politics and law, it shows that the R Square coefficient values the confidence index of 7.40. In forecasting an external environment that influences the business sustainability, it is the political and legal aspects. The F value is 11.683 at a significant level of .001 percent. The regression analysis of the external environment that influencing the expectation of profit is Y3 = 1.260 + .440(polit).
