Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study internal supervision of school administrators under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Office 3 and 2) to compare internal supervision of school administrators under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Office 3, classified by work experience. The sample used in this study were 144 school administrators in schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Office 3, with in academic year 2011, obtained by Krejcie & Morgan formula and random sample by stratified random sampling. The instrument used in this research was a five-point rating scale questionnaire with IOC from 0.67-1.00 and a reliability of 0.82. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation and t-test.The results of the study were as follows: 1. Internal Supervision of School Administrators under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Office 3, as a whole and each aspect, was at a high level. Considering each aspect, the highest was earning activity, the second was curriculum development and the lowest was instructional media. 2.The comparison of Internal Supervision of School Administrators under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Office 3, classified by classified by work experience showed that: in different work experience of School Administrators was no statistically significant difference at the .05
