The Relationship between Administrative Factors and Academic Work of Directors and Teachers of The Secondary School in Phayao Province under The Secondary Education Area Office 36 Phulangka Consotium Phayao
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study 1) the levels of the administrative factors of directors and teachers of the secondary school in Phayao Province under The Secondary Education Area Office 36 Phulangka Consotium Phayao, 2) the levels of the academic work of directors and teachers of the secondary school in Phayao Province under The Secondary Education Area Office 36 Phulangka Consotium Phayao, and 3) the relationship between administrative factors and academic work of directors and teachers of the secondary school in Phayao Province under The Secondary Education Area Office 36 Phulangka Consotium Phayao. The research samples were 178 informants from directors and administrators and teachers of the secondary school in Phayao Province under The Secondary Education Area Office 36 Phulangka Consotium Phayao total 9 schools. The instruments for collecting data was a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by means of frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearsons product moment correlation coefficient. The result of the research was as follow: 1) The overall of the administrative factors of directors and teachers of the secondary school in Phayao Province under The Secondary Education Area Office 36 Phulangka Consotium Phayao was at a high level, as well as when considering in each aspect. The highest level was nature of organization, the second was the characteristic of person. But the lowest was management policies and practices. 2) The overall of the academic work of directors and teachers of the secondary school in Phayao Province under The Secondary Education Area Office 36 Phulangka Consotium Phayao was at a high level, as well as when considering in each aspect. The highest level was Learner Development Activities, the second was Measurement and evaluation and registration Compare transfer, Development of quality assurance system within the institution, Development of learning process. But the lowest was Development of learning resources. 3) The analyze of the relationship of the administrative factors and academic work of directors and teachers of the secondary school in Phayao Province under The Secondary Education Area Office 36 Phulangka Consotium Phayao with Pearsons Product Moment were related with administrative factors and the academic work on the position direction with statistically significant at 0.01
