Factors determining the demand for people participation in the community infrastructure development of Nai Khuan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Yan Ta Khao District, Trang Province
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the performance effectiveness of personnel in Local Administrative Organizations, Nong Khae district, Saraburi province 2) to study the factors relating performance effectiveness of personnel in Local Administrative Organizations, Nong Khae district, Saraburi province. The samples used in this study were 400 respondents from the personnel of Local Administrative Organizations, Nong Khae district and selected by simple random sampling. The tool used for data collection was a rating scale questionnaire and statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and correlation coefficient. The research finding were as follows:1) The performance effectiveness of personnel in Local Administrative Organizations, Nong Khae district, Saraburi province in overall was at a moderate level ( = 3.57, S.D. = .394). When considered in each aspect and ranked from the highest mean were the quality of working, the materials and instruments, the time saving and the quantity of working, respectively. 2) The factors relating performance effectiveness of personnel in Local Administrative Organizations in overall had a positive correlation in every aspect at a statistical significance level .01 composed of the success in working, the salary and welfare, the security in working, the progress in position, the environment of working and the interpersonal relations, respectively.
