The opinion Level towards Competency of knowledge Management aspect in Administration of administrators of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Sukhothai province by Applied the principle of good Governance in administration
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study the factors of competency on knowledge in administration of administrators of sub-district administrative organization in Sukhothai province by applied the principles of good governance in administration. To compare the personal factors with the competency development of knowledge management aspect in administration of administrators of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Sukhothai by applied the principles of good governance in administration, and to study the relation between the competency development of knowledge management aspect in administration of the administrators and the adoption of good governance applied to the administration. The samples of this research were 66 administrators of sub-district administration organization and 285 members of sub-district administrative organization, totally 351 persons. Statistics used in this research were percentage, average, Standard Deviation, t-test, F test, and Pearsons Correlation Coefficient.
The research results were found that:
1. The results analysis of opinion in competency development of knowledge management aspect in administration of the administrators of sub-district administrative organization in Sukhothai province including economic aspect, social aspect, education aspect, and culture aspect were found that the administrators of sub-district administrative organization had opinion on competency of knowledge in the administration in overall at a high level. Considering each aspect found that all aspects were at a high level: the culture aspect, social aspect, economic aspect, and education aspect, respectively.
2. The result analysis of opinion in the adoption of good governance applied to the administration including rule of law, morality, transparency, participation, accountability, and utility in overall was at a high level. Considering each aspect found every aspect was at a
