Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงาน ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ข้าราชการทหารชั้นประทวน สังกัดกองพันทหารม้าที่ 3 รักษาพระองค์ จำนวน 165 นาย โดยวิธีตอบแบบสอบถามแสดงความคิดเห็นแล้ว ใช้สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที และค่าเอฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อระดับขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงาน ทั้งในภาพรวม และรายด้านทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านสภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านโอกาสความก้าวหน้า ด้านสวัสดิการในหน่วยงาน ด้านความยุติธรรมในหน่วยงาน และด้านความเพียงพอของรายได้ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามกับปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการทหารชั้นประทวน สังกัดกองพันทหารม้าที่ 3 รักษาพระองค์ พบว่า 2.1 อายุ สถานภาพ และตำแหน่งหน้าที่แตกต่างกัน ส่งผลต่อขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการทหารชั้นประทวน สังกัดกองพันทหารม้าที่ 3 รักษาพระองค์ แต่ละด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.2 ระดับการศึกษาแตกต่างกันส่งผลต่อขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการทหารชั้นประทวน สังกัดกองพันทหารม้าที่ 3 รักษาพระองค์ แตกต่างกันในด้านความเพียงพอของรายได้ และด้านโอกาสความก้าวหน้า ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ ไม่แตกต่าง 2.3 รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนแตกต่างกันส่งผลต่อขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการทหารชั้นประทวน สังกัดกองพันทหารม้าที่ 3 รักษาพระองค์ แตกต่างกันในด้านสวัสดิการในหน่วยงาน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .001 ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ ไม่แตกต่าง

Abstract: This research aimed to study factors related to morale encouragement in the operation of non-commission soldier battalion cavalryman under Cavalry Squadron King Guard 3. Data were collected from 165 soldiers by using questionnaires. Statistics used to analyze the data included mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and F test. The results of this research found that: 1. The factors affecting on the soldiers’ morale and encouragement both an overall and each aspect were at a moderate level, as follows: working performance, chance for future advancement, welfare within the oqganization, equity in organization, and adequate income, respectively. 2. The comparison of the personal factors of respondents with factors related to morale and encouragement in the operation of non-commission soldier battalion cavalryman under Cavalry Squadron King Guard 3, revealed as follows: 2.1 Different age, status, and position affected to the morale and encouragement in the operation of non-commission soldier battalion cavalryman under Cavalry Squadron King Guard 3 had no significantly difference. 2.2 Different education level affected to the morale and encouragement in the operation of non-commission soldier battalion cavalryman under Cavalry Squadron King Guard 3 in the aspects of the adequate income and the chance for future advancement at .05 level of significance. 2.3 Average monthly income difference affected to the morale and encouragement in the operation of non-commission soldier battalion cavalryman, Cavalry Squadron King Guard 3 at .001 level of significance in the aspect of welfare within the organization.
