Abstract:
This research attempted to study the personnel development in job efficiency of Secretarial office and to compare the personnel development in job efficiency, classified by their personal factors. Respondents were 142 officers and workers of the Secretarial office. A questionnaire was used for collecting the data. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS Version 12 for Windows for the percentage, mean, S.D., t-test, F test and LSD method.
The study revealed that:
The majority of the respondents are female (66.4%), aged between 20-30 years old (29.4%), had Bachelor degree (64.3%), have been in the office for Less than 3 years (23.8%), had average monthly income between 10,000-20,000 Baht (37.1%), had average range of army SM 1-SM 3 (41.3%).
The overall development in job effectiveness of the personnel of Secretarial office was at a high level, especially in the aspect of service-mind, followed by teamwork, job responsibility, aspect of organizational contribution, and job competencies, respectively.
From testing hypotheses, found that there were significant different at .05 of the development in job effectiveness of the personnel of secretarial office in terms of gender, range of army, but there were not significant different in terms of age, education level, length of service, monthly income, and the average job classification level.
