The Relationship between the Management factors and Educational quality Assurance of basic Educational Institutions, the Pattani primary Educational service area office 3
Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between the factors of management and operation to guarantee the quality of basic educational institutions under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. In this research analyzed the factors of management into 4 aspects: organization characteristic; environment characteristic; employee characteristic; and management policy and performance; and 3 aspects of educational quality assurance: control, quality inspection, and quality evaluation. Samples were 67 school administrators. A 5-scale rating questionnaire was used as a research tool. Statistics used in data analysis composed of percentage, average, Standard Deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The results revealed that:
1. The management factors of the basic educational institutions were performed at a high level in all 4 aspects, as follows: the organization characteristic, the management policy and performance, the environment characteristic, the employee characteristic, respectively.
2. The educational quality assurance of the basic educational institutions in an overall was performed at the highest level. Considering each aspect found one aspect was performed at the highest level: the quality inspection, but the other 2 aspects: the quality evaluation, and the quality control were performed at a high level.
3. The management factors had relation with the educational quality assurance in the aspect of environment characteristic at the highest level, the other 3 aspects: the employee characteristic, the management policy and performance, and the organization characteristic at a high level at .01 level of significance.
