The Satisfaction of People who Comes to take the Service in the Identification card at one stop Service at Saimai district office, Bangkok metropolitan
Abstract:
This study aims to examine the satisfaction of the people who used one-stop ID card service, and to compare the satisfaction levels of the people who used one-stop ID card service at Saimai District Office, Bangkok. The samples were 400 people aged 15 years old and over who were living in Saimai District, Bangkok. The data were collected by using questionnaires as research tools. The statistics used for data analysis include percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, F test, and Chi-Square.
The research results revealed that:
The overall satisfaction of the people who used one-stop ID card service at Saimai District Office, Bangkok was at a high level. Considering each aspect, it represented that every aspect was at a high level, as follows: punctual service, equal service, adequate service, and quick service, respectively. From comparison results of the satisfaction levels of the people who used one-stop ID card service at Saimai District Office, Bangkok, classified by gender, age, family status, education level, occupation, and monthly income, it could be concluded that the satisfaction levels of the people who used one-stop ID card service were significant different at .01 level. The analysis results of the relationship between personal factors and the satisfaction levels of the people who used one-stop ID card service indicated that gender, age, family status, education level, occupation, and monthly income were associated with statistical significance at .01 level.
