Abstract:
The research aims at studying consumers behavior effecting on decision-making for the advertised places in Raminthra District, Bangkok, to compare individual factors with behavior effecting on decision-making to select the advertised place, and to study the relationship between behavior effecting on decision-making for selecting the advertised places and decision-making to select the advertised places. The samples were 400 persons concerning with the advertised service in Raminthra District, Bangkok. The instrument was the questionnaire asking for consumers behavior effecting on decision-making to select the advertised places. The statistics have been used for analyzing data compose of frequency, percentage, average, Standard Deviation, t-test, F test, the analysis of Sheffe and the analysis of easily coefficient of Pearson.
The result results showed that:
1. The behavior that has the effect on the decision-making of consumers who choose the advertised places in Raminthra District, Bangkok concerning with the service frequently 13 times per month (56.75%). The reason for using the service such as: the quality of products (33.50%). The expenses for using the service are the appropriate price with the product quality (49.75%). The area for job communication: beautiful decoration (34.50%). The facility of the service such as: chairs for waiting (32.75%).
2. The decision-making in overall image is in the most level and considering consequently found that prices, location and staffs.
3. Gender, age, status, education level and occupation had no influence on their behaviors on selecting the advertised places in an overall, except the monthly income has an effect on their decision-making at .05 level of significance, and business type has an effect on their decision-making at .01 level of significance.
4. The analysis of the relationship between the behavior effecting on their decision-making to choose the advertised places and the decision-making choosing the advertised places concerning with the advertised places at .01 level of significance.
