Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to compare the results of the females physical fitness change due to the 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 45 minutes on eight weeks of the Aerobic Dance training. These subjects had been participated for eight weeks of the Aerobic Dance training program. The physiological variable which used to compare were the body weight, the resting heart rate, the resting systolic and diastolic blood pressure, the percent of body fat and the submaximum oxygen uptake at 70 percents. The subjects were 18 females whose ages were 30-45 years old. The subjects were devided into three groups (match groups by using the submaximum oxygen uptake at 70 percents). Those groups were trained for Aerobic Dance for eight weeks, three days a week. The first group, the second group and the third group were trained for 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 45 minutes, respectively. The physical fitness was retaken after the eight weeks training program. Results of the research The comparison of the physical fitness between the pre-test and the post-test of the groups which were trained for 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 45 minutes was found that the body weight, the resting heart rate, the resting systolic and diastolic blood pressure were not significant difference at the .05 level. There was a significant difference of the percent of body fat between the pre-test and the post-test of the groups which were trained for 15 minutes (P < .05), 30 minutes (P < .01) and 45 minutes (P < .01). There was a significant difference of the submaximum oxygen uptake at 70 percent between the pre-test and the post-test of the groups which were trained for 15 minutes (P < .05), 30 minutes (P < .05) and 45 minutes (P < .01). The comparison of the physical fitness among the groups which were trained for 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 45 minutes was found that the body weight, the resting heart rate, the resting systolic and diastolic blood pressure and the submaximum oxygen uptake at 70 percent were not significant difference at the level of .05. There was a significant difference at the level of .05 on the percent of body fat between the group which was trained for 15 minutes and the groups which were trained for 30 minutes and 45 minutes.
