The developed model composed of five latent variables and nineteen observed variables. Quantitative data were collected from sample of 389 which were randomly selected in PTT Public Limited Company consisting of Headquarter, Oil Business Unit, Gas Business Unit, Petrochemical and Refining Business Unit, and International Trading Business Unit. The instruments used were five-point ratting scale questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, and structure equation model of influence analysis. The interviews were used to gather qualitative data from five Chief Executives of five business groups which were selected by purposive sampling technique. A semi-structured interview was conducted, and the data were analyzed with content analysis to describe phenomenon from two sources of data. The result revealed that all factors from confirmatory factor analysis were consistent with empirical data. Furthermore, the developed structure equation model of causal factors affecting to organizational success was consistent with empirical data (χ 2 = 135.50; p = .154; df = 116; χ 2/df = 1.134; GFI = .965; RMSEA = .019, and PNFI = .665).
