The particiption in compliance with traffic laws with behavior of motorcyclist toward the risk of an accident in minburi District, bangkok metropolitan
Abstract:
This research aimed to study the participation in compliance with traffic laws with behavior of motorcyclist toward the risk of an accident in Minburi district, Bangkok Metropolitan, and to study factors that affect on the motorcyclist behavior of driving motorcycle with the risk of an accident in Minburi district, Bangkok. A questionnaire was used for collecting data. The samples in this study were 400 motorcyclists in Minburi district. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, average, Standard Deviation, t-test, F test, and Pearson Correlation.
The result of this study revealed that
1. Motorcyclists in Minburi district, Bangkok, had behavior on driving motorcycle with risks of an accident in overall at a moderate level. Considering each aspect found that vehicle condition had risk behavior at a moderate level. For personal, road, and environment had total average in a low risk behavior level.
2. Age, status, education level, occupation, average salary per month, experiences of motorcyclists, and having difference of motorcycle license of motorcyclist in Minburi district area, Bangkok had influence on behavior of motorcyclists that the risk of an accident at .01 level of significance, but gender had no significance.
3. Compliance with traffic law of driving motorcycle in Minburi district, Bangkok Metropolitan had relation with behavior of motorcyclists toward the risk of an accident at .01 level of significance.
