Abstract:
The research objectives were to 1) study the factors affecting effectiveness quality assurance of
schools, and 2) to check the accuracy of construct validity of the factors. The samples were 160 schools.
The research was divided into 3 phases: Phase I, Survey administration quality assurance affecting the
effectiveness of education, Phase II, Exploratory Factor Analysis and checking the construct validity,
and Phase III, Validation and confirm the administration of quality assurance affecting the effectiveness
of education. The research instruments used were unconstructed interview and questionnaire. The
statistics for data analysis were frequency, mean, percentage and standard deviation. The findings re-vealed that six factors affecting the effectiveness of educational quality assurance were: 1) personnel, 2) budgeting, 3) material, 4) management, 5)
participation, and 6) information technology. There were three factors affecting the effectiveness of
schools: 1) customer, 2) internal process, and 3) learning and development. This indicated that
the factors of quality assurance directly affected the effectiveness of schools with the effective coefficient = .86.
