The Study of Problems and Guidelines to Solve the Problem of Early Childhood Education Standard of the Administrators and Preschool Teachers under Phayao Primary Education Service Area Office 1
Abstract:
The objectives were to study the problems, compare and find the guidelines to solve the problem about the school operation according to the standard of elementary education of the administrators and teachers in Phayao Primary Education Area Office 1. The populations of this study were 230 administrators and elementary teachers in Phayao Primary Education Area Office 1. The tool for data collections was questionairs. A descriptive statistics namely; percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test and One way ANOVA. The results of this study showed that. 1) The study of problems and guidelines to solve the problem of early childhood education standard of the administrators and preschool teachers under Phayao Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The overall level was moderate. 2) The comparison results of the study of problems and guidelines to solve the problem of early childhood education standard of the administrators and preschool teachers under Phayao Primary Education Service Area Office 1 were classified into sex showed that overall have not differences. position and work experience. The results showed that overall have statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level. The school size showed that overall have not differences. 3) The guidelines to solve the problem about the school operation according to the standard of elementary education of the administrators and teachers in Phayao Primary Education Area Office 1. showed that something should be improved including prioritize with the quality of the children, Relationship between home and school, Training activities for parents to understand and realize in early childhood care, create a learning society, arrange environment field player that suitable with features by age of children, Encourage the school board, parents and community participate in development plan for early childhood education development in consideration of context and school identity. and provide the budget in operations on early childhood education management. Moveover, the administrators should be trained the course on early childhood education and supported the teachers development to workshop about new teaching techniques to organize activities. "
