Abstract:
The study of transformational leadership of school administrators in the Internal Quality Assurance under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The purposes were to study transformational leadership of school administrators in the Internal Quality Assurance under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and to compare the opinions of school administrators and teachers with transformational leadership of school administrators in the Internal Quality Assurance under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by position. The population and the samples to use in this study include 80 school administrators under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 274 teachers under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The instruments used to collect data were questionnaires and the data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and compare the mean using t-test. The results of the study were found that 1) transformational leadership of school administrators in the Internal Quality Assurance, according to the opinions of school administrators and teachers, the overview was very high on the other hand, when considering each aspect it was found that the motivational aspect was at the highest level with the highest mean. Secondly was intellectual stimulation, the aspect of individualism and ideological influence, respectively. 2) Comparison results transformational leadership of school administrators in the Internal Quality Assurance under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by position found that the difference was statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
