The Life Quality Of Students In The School Network For Educational Development Region 10 Under The Nakhonratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7
Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to study and compare the quality of life of students in the School Network Center for Educational Development Center Region 10, Nakhonratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7, classified by gender and family status. The population groups were 5,054 persons. The sample group consisted of 357 persons. Research tool was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire, composed of items reflecting five aspects with confidential level of 0.706, then data were analyzed through percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
The results of this study were as follows:
1. The samples are 199 females (55.75%) and 158 males (44.00%). Live with father/mother/grand father/grand mother 295 persons (82.65%), live with brother/sister/
uncle/aunt or other relatives 62 persons (17.35%).
2. Quality of life of students in the School Network Center for Educational Development Center Region 10, Nakhonratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7, was at a high level as a whole ( = 3.60), and found every aspect was also at a high level: the food and nutrition aspect ( = 3.83), the residential area aspect ( = 3.69), the safety of life and property aspect ( = 3.60), the health aspect ( = 3.47), and the basic service aspect ( = 3.43), respectively.
3. Comparison the quality of life of the students in the School Network Center for Educational Development Center Region 10 Nakhonratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7, classified by gender and family status, there were not significant different. However, in comparing each aspect found that different family status had different life quality in the aspect of food and nutrition at .05 level, the other aspects were not significant different.
