Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study and compare the research administration for learning development in secondary schools, Loei province, classified by school size. The sample used in the research consisted of 285 secondary school teachers in the 2012 academic year in Loei province and it was selected using Krejcie and Morgans table and stratified random sampling. The instrument used for gathering the data was a five level scale questionnaire with a 0.99 level of reliability. The statistics used for the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and F-test (One-way Analysis of Variance). The findings revealed that: 1. The research administration for learning development in secondary schools in Loei province was overall at a high level. When considering each aspect individually, practice was the highest, followed by planning and improvement.2. The comparison of the research administration for learning development in secondary schools in Loei province classified by school size showed that, overall, it was significantly different at the 0.01 level. When considering each aspect individually, practice, checking and improvement were significantly different at the 0.01 level.
