Abstract:
The propose of this research are; To study the Academic leadership of the school administrator in The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 35, and To study Development Processes of the School administrator in The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 35. The representative samples in this research are 327 of the teachers in The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 35 education year 2015. The size of the representative samples come from Krejcie and Morgans table (Multi Stage Random Sampling). The research instruments are scale questionnaire, valuate 5 step, opened questionnaire, rating scale, and open-ended questionnaire. Data analysis by using statistics of frequency, percentile, average, and standard deviation. The result of studying found that; Most of result of the Academic leadership of the school administrator are in high level when considered in each item, found that the most average is planning for develop professional teacher, the next is students workshop evaluation, then is the point of view and tending of the curriculum, after that is teaching process evaluation in order. And the last is making program for children with special needs. and The Development Processes of the School administrator found that the administrator should have to realize and understand the curriculum and encourage the teachers to participate in measurement and evaluation without limit the frame or enforcement policy in giving grades for students, evaluate from authentic assessment, and prioritize making educational plans for Inclusive education for children with special needs. Such as management teachers and classrooms, the observers observe teachers teaching at least once a semester, and promote/support the professional teacher project. "
