The team Building of school Administrators in the Lalomhauytamorn Educational quality Development schools network under the office of Sisaket primary Educational service area 3
Abstract:
This research aimed to 1) study opinions of school administrators and teachers in the team building of school administrators in the Lalomhauytamorn Educational Quality Development Schools Network under the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 3, and 2) compare their opinions classified by positions and working experience. The participants included 103 administrators and teachers in the schools under the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 3. The analysis of data gathered from a 5-rating scale questionnaire using frequency, percentage, means, Standard Deviation, t-test, and Scheffe' s method.
The study results revealed as follows:
1. The overall opinion of the school administrators and teachers towards school administrators team building was at a high level as well as on all 11 aspects. The first three were the clear process of work, the clear objectives and correlated with goals, and the balance of roles, respectively.
2. The comparison of the administrators and teachers' opinions on the school administrators team building discriminated by positions and experience was significant different at .05 level. However, there was no significant different when considered by school sizes.
