Abstract:
This research aimed to study management of school administrators in the Samrognplan Quality Educational Development Group. The samples composed of 5 personnel per a school: 1 school administrator and 4 teachers, 45 personnel from 9 schools in total. The instrument was a questionnaire that had 2 parts: the first -the check-list questionnaire in the general information, the second -a 5-rating scale questionnaire regarding 4 aspects of school administration in basic education: academic administration, financial administration, personnel administration, and general administration. Statistics applied in data analysis were mean, percentage, and Standard Deviation.
The finding revealed that the administration of the school administrators in the Samrongplan Quality Educational Development Group, both overall and all aspects, were at a high level: financial administration, general administration, academic administration, and personnel administration, respectively.
