The study of Opinions of teachers Concerning the academic affairs Administration of schools in Bang Bo group 1, Samutprakan primary Educational service area office 2
Abstract:
This study aimed to determine the attitude of teachers towards an academic affairs administration of schools in Bangbo group 1 under the Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and to compare the opinions of teachers on the academic affairs administration of the group in an academic year 2012, classified by their gender and working experience. The population of this study comprised 204 teachers in 18 schools. One-hundred and thirty-two teachers were randomly from the population. The rating-scale questionnaire, which had a reliability of 0.90, was used for collecting data. The data were analyzed by computer using frequency, percentage, mean ( ) Standard Deviation (S.D.),
t (t-test), and One-way Analysis of Variance (One-way ANOVA).
The results showed that:
1. The study of teachers opinions on the academic affairs administration of the Bangbo group 1 schools, under the Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area 2 both in an overall and each aspect were at high level, as follows: curriculum and application aspect, instructional setting aspect, measurement and evaluation aspect, and instructional media, respectively.
2. Male and female teachers had no significantly different opinion on the academic affairs administration.
3. Teachers who had different working experience had no significantly different opinion on the academic affairs administration either in the overall or each aspect.
