Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to study an appropriate sufficiency economy demonstration prototype for Roi-Et Rajabhat University. The study was conducted in 4 stages, they were: 1) The study and review sufficiency economy demonstration prototype from related documents and literatures. 2) The analysis and synthesis data from the first stage and then created the components and providing of infrastructure of a prototype for sufficiency economy demonstration. 3) The justification of the components of the sufficiency economy demonstration prototype by a panel of 40 administrators of Roi-Et Rajabhat University using the Delphi Technique. 4) The evaluation of suitability of the prototype by 83 faculties of Roi-Et Rajabhat University. The findings of an appropriate sufficiency economy demonstration prototype for Roi-Et Rajabhat University, which the administrators judged to be appropriate, and the faculties considered applicable consisted of 7 major components as follows :
1. Sufficiency economy demonstration prototype proving educational administration and management for all mass, life long learning, learners centered, in anytime and at anywhere learning utilizing variety of appropriate media and technology through the Internet.
2. A sufficiency economy demonstration establishing administration should be operated by collaboration and clearing house
3. Academic administrations should include content database development and delivery systems, learning patterns by asynchronous learning, synchronous learning and collaborative learning in responding to formal education, non-formal education and informal education systems.
4. General administration should providing one - stop services, one - stop access, learning management system, stakeholder support system and quality assurance system.
5. Budget administration should be administered for administration and academic freely budgeting should be allocated for investment and operation of information technology development and inter-institute joint venture network.
6. Personnel administration should include administration of administrators, specialists, facilitators and supporting staff with foreign language and information technology skills.
7. Learning Resources Management should include providing of online bookstore, virtual library, document &URL web link and using web technology applications.
It could be concluded that an appropriate sufficiency economy demonstration prototype was developed with considerably applicable to be used for Roi-Et Rajabhat University.
