Abstract:
This research was focused on examining the perception levels of organizational environment, employees self-development, and the relations between those 2 within Krungthai Bank Public Co. Ltd. The population in this research were those employees at the operations level of the bank. Questionnaires were deployed to collect substantial information; moreover, statistics including percentage, average, standard deviation or S.D., Correlation Coefficient analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used for data analysis.
The finding showed that the Krungthai Bank Public Co. Ltd operations staff had eminent perception on their organizational environment. Their self-development was also favorable. As pointed out in the hypothesis test result, in terms of organizational perception, participation during the decision-making process as well as the employment of techniques and expert in the organization were involved with self-development at the 0.05 level of significance. And found that the use of techniques and experts within the organization particularly on the matter of decisional participation could best described the perception of the organizational climate.
