Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to develop a model for learning management on physical education integrated with sport science by constructing the model, implementing the developed model, and evaluating the model. The research procedure consisted of 4 steps, i.e. step 1 : the researcher studied the problem and the situation of learning management to develop the appropriate model. Step 2 dealt with the development of the training program consisting of physical fitness test, physical fitness promotion, and injury prevention. Step 3 handled the implementation of the developed model by training 20 PE teachers who then applied the teaching plan on 180 Matayomsuksa 1 students from 3 schools. The last step was the test on students physical fitness and satisfaction of the related people. The results can be concluded as follows : The model for developing learning management on physical education integrated with sport science consisted of the contents, on sport sciences composing of 7 physical fitness tests, i.e. sit and reach, standing board jump, 30-second situps, 30-second pushups, hand grip, shuttle run, 1000-meter distance run (for 12 years old boy), and 800-meter distance run (for 12 years old girl). The organization of physical fitness promotion was a circuit training program 9 stations, i.e. pushups, situps, nine square box, leg lunges three direction, extension back, elastic spread shoulder, jumping rope or jumping slap, elastic side bends and squat, and prevention of sports injury including warm up, muscle stretching and cool down. Development instructor used the training manuals, teacher lesson plans, student notebooks. The implementation of instruction included a physical fitness test, promote physical fitness and injury prevention. Finally, the evaluation included a physical fitness test results and satisfaction of those involved. The results of the evaluation of this model by five experts found that the appropriate form was at a high level. The creating of tool following this model is the development of a training physical education teachers program included teacher lesson plans, learning plans, and student notebooks. The results of the evaluation of the training course by 5 experts reported that a suitable training course was at the high level. The results of model evaluation consisted of the physical fitness test and satisfaction of those involved as follows : Pre-trial of model, male and female students in the experimental group and the control group with physical fitness after classes had no difference, the level of statistical significance .05. After 8 weeks, male and female students in the experimental group had higher physical fitness than control group, the level of statistical significance .05. After 8 weeks, male and female students in the control group with physical fitness after classes had no difference from the previous report, the level of statistical significance .05. After 8 weeks, male and female students in the experimental group had higher physical fitness than pre-trial of model, the level of statistical significance .05. The experimental student group were satisfied with the teaching and learning management model of the physical education teacher at a high level. Physical education teachers in the development of teaching who attended the teaching development were satisfied overall to model for developing learning management on physical education integrated with sport science at the high level and the administrators were satisfied overall to model at the highest level.
