Abstract:
The objective of this research are 1) to study the conditions and the way to manage the educational quality assurance for Vocational Educational Institute 2) to do the administrative model of the educational quality assurance for Vocational Education Institute 3) to evaluate the administrative model of the educational quality assurance for Vocational Education Institutes. The results are: 1) The administration of the educational quality assurance for Vocational Education Institute contains three factors. The first is the structure of the educational quality assurance committees. Next is the scope of the education quality assurance and the last is the procedure of administration of the educational quality assurance. 2) There are three factors of the administrative model of the educational quality assurance for Vocational Education Institute. The first factor, the structure of the educational quality assurance committees, consists of the administrative committees of the educational quality assurance for Vocational Education Institute and the action committees of the educational quality assurance for Vocational Education Institute divided into the committees of Vocational Education Institute and the committees of the colleges. The second factor, the scope of educational of the educational of the educational quality assurance, is composed of 5 subdivisons: General service Promotion and development educational of the educational quality assurance Controlling and monitoring educational quality assurance Data analysis, assessment and technology information of educational of the educational of the educational quality assurance Educational quality assurance of colleges being in Vocational Education Institute. The third factor, the administrative procedure, contains 4 steps; planning (P), doing (D), checking (C) and action (A). For the success to the vocational education standard, there will be the coordination in each step of working and vocational colleges working and vocational colleges with Vocational Educational Institute. 3) The results of evaluation of the administrative model of the educational quality assurance for Vocational Education Institute have been the high possibility and advantage. All of the attenders accepted the administrative model of the educational quality assurance for Vocational Education Institutes.
