Abstract:
This study aimed to examine prognosis factors on duty working of public health volunteers in Naphun subdistrict, Wangchin district, Phrae province. The study population consisted of 200 public health volunteers in Naphun subdistrict. Data were collected by using questionnaires and analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression. The study found that the majority of village health volunteers were as followed; 69 percentswere female, 44.5 percent were 41-50 years old, 72.5 percent were at the most level of fellowship in community health volunteers in the village, 60.50 percent were at high level of attribution in village health volunteer. 51.00 percent were at high level of power in the work of village health volunteers. 51.00 percent were at high level of the job satisfaction and 47.50 percent were at high level of the information on implementation of the roles of village health volunteers. The stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that factors predicted the performance of the duty working of public health volunteers at Naphun district, Wangchin subdistrict, Phrae province were Empowerment in (p-value = 0.017) with feature subjects (p-value = 0.008), a significant level of 0.05, that predicted the performance of the duty working of public health volunteers at Naphun subdistrict, Wangchin subdistrict, Phrae province at 11.6 percent.
