Abstract:
The objective was to study the risk behaviors characteristic of host and environment, and geospatial distribution in stroke disease patients who was registration in Dok Kham Tai hospital between 20132015, and lived in 12 sub districts in Dok Kham Tai hospital Phayao province. The 65 patients were collected the data from February to March, 2016 by questionnaire using. The descriptive statistics was used in terms of frequency, percentage, means and standard deviation. The majors of respondents was female (52.31%), age more than 65 years old (53.85%), congenital disease (73.85%) including hypertension disease (77.08%), congenital disease in their family (41.54%) including diabetes mellitus(55.56%), the distance from their home to hospital more than 5 kms. (90.77%), private car travelling (58.46%), convenient travelling (90.77). The exercise factor, the most major risks was exercise less than 2030 minutes (mean = 3.71) and less than 3 times per week (mean = 3.54). The serious factor, the most major risks was feeling irritable, annoyance, moody, upheavals, do not want to meet people (mean = 2.91), faced with events that cause stress (mean = 2.89), and insomnia, nervousness (mean = 2.71)
Geospatial distribution in stroke disease patients. After that adjusting the density of patients compare with the population of each village. Using the formula of statistical analysis is incidence Rate. From study found the geospatial distribution of stroke disease patients, the area where is densely in hight level there are Ban Pin sub district; Ban Tham sub district and Don Sri Chum sub district.
