Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the results of leader selection management 2) to study the factors relating the leader selection management of Khlong Si Subdistrict Administrative Organization and 3) to study the guidelines to develop the factors relating the leaders selection management of Khlong Si Subdistrict Administrative Organization. This research was conducted by studying the sample of 400 respondents of people who lived in Khlong Si Subdistrict Administrative Organization and the sample were selected by simple random sampling technique. The research tool for data collection was a five level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis consisted of percentage, mean, standard deviation and Person Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research results revealed that: 1) The results of leader selection management of Khlong Si Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Khlong Luang district, Pathum Thani province in overall was at the high level ( = 4.00, S.D. = 0.335) while considered in details found that the aspect of the resources of management was at the highest mean, followed by the policy formulation, the communication and the facilities in election right, respectively. 2) The factors relating the leader selection management of Khlong Si Subdistrict Administrative Organization composed of 4 aspects such as the policy formulation, the communication and the facilities in election right at a statistical significance level of .01, except for the resources of management had related at a statistical significance level of .05. 3) The guidelines to develop the factors relating the leaders selection management of Khlong Si Subdistrict Administrative Organization comprising (1) the clear policy should be implemented (2) the proactive communication and public relations and (3) the facilities in election right such as the car parking.
