Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานในบริษัทผลิตชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมไฮเทค จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และลักษณะงานกับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานในบริษัทผลิตชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมไฮเทค จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ประชากรที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย เป็นพนักงานในบริษัทผลิตชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมไฮเทค จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 12,890 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้มาจากสูตรการคำนวณของลินเดแมน เมอร์เรนดา โกลด์และวิส ได้จำนวน 480 คน โดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าตามแบบของครอนบาค มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม เท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ และตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องและกลมกลืนของโมเดลตามสมมติฐานกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยใช้โปรแกรม LISREL 9.10: 3A55-946C-1507-1FAA ผลงานวิจัยพบว่า (1.ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานในบริษัทผลิตชิ้นส่วนเล็กทรอนิกส์ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมไฮเทค จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.29 และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.75 (2. ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และลักษณะงาน เป็นปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานในบริษัทผลิตชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมไฮเทค จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยที่ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลมีผลทางตรงและเชิงบวก (g = 0.05) ต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน ในขณะที่ ปัจจัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมมีผลทางตรงและเชิงบวก ต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานเช่นกัน ส่วนปัจจัยด้านลักษณะงานมีผลทางอ้อมและเชิงบวกต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน ซึ่งจะส่งผลผ่านปัจจัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยที่ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะงานมีผลทางตรงและเชิงบวก (b = 1.01) ต่อปัจจัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และปัจจัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมมีผลทางตรงและเชิงบวก (b = 0.63) ต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานพนักงานด้วยเช่นกัน

Abstract: The purposes of this research were 1) to study the quality of working life of employees in manufacturing electronic components companies in Hi-Tech industrial estate in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province 2) to study the causal relationship between personal variables, environment variables, and job characteristics and the quality of working life of employees in manufacturing electronic components companies in Hi-Tech industrial estate in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The research population of this study was employee of manufacturing electronic components companies in Hi-Tech industrial estate in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province of which there were 12,890 employees. The sample group, which was calculated by using Lindeman Merenda Gold and Weiss formula, was 480 employees. This research sampling was multistage with random sampling method. The research instrument for the study was questionnaire with high reliability by using the overall Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient method. The data were collected and the results revealed that the overall Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient of the questionnaire with high reliability was 0.97. The statistics used for analyzing were percentage, mean and standard deviation by using the statistic program. Confinmotory Factor Analysis was used to test whether the data fit a hypothec sized measurement model through LISREL 9.10: 3A55-946C-1507-1FAAThe findings of the study revealed the following. (1.The level of quality of working life of employees in manufacturing electronic components companies in Hi-Tech industrial estate in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province was at medium level. It also revealed the following statistics used for analyzing mean were 3.29, the standard deviation were 0.75. (2. Personal variable, Environment variables and job characteristics were causal factors affected to quality of working life of employees in manufacturing electronic components companies in Hi-Tech industrial estate in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. Personal variables had direct effect and positive effect (g=0.05) to the quality of working life. The job characteristics variable had indirect effect and positive affect to the quality of working life by passing from the environment variables. The job characteristics variable had direct effect and positive effect (b = 1.01) to the environment variables. The environment variables had direct effect and positive effect (b = 0.63) to quality of working life.
