Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษามูลเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติดของกลุ่มผู้ใช้แรงงานในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ศึกษาระดับของการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันและปราบ ปรามยาเสพติดของกลุ่มผู้ใช้แรงงานในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ศึกษาหาแนวทางในการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติดของกลุ่มผู้ใช้แรงงานในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบ ถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ใช้แรงงานในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 283 คน สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และวิเคราะห์หาความสัมพันธ์ด้วยการหาค่าไคสแควร์ (Chi-Square) ณ ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาปรากฏว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาเป็นเพศชายมีสัดส่วนใกล้เคียงกับเพศหญิง ส่วนใหญ่มีอายุระหว่าง 16-30 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น มีสถานภาพโสด มีระดับรายได้ ระหว่าง 4,000-7,000 บาท มีที่อยู่อาศัยเป็นแฟลต/อพาร์ทเมนต์ มีความถี่ในการรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติด 5 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ ขึ้นไป มีทัศนคติต่อภาพลักษณ์ของตำรวจในด้านลบ มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโทษของยาเสพติด แต่ไม่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโทษตามกฎหมาย มีอายุการทำงานตั้งแต่ 1-5 ปี และนายจ้างให้ความร่วมมือต่อการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติด ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า อายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพสมรส ระดับรายได้ ลักษณะที่อยู่อาศัย ความถี่ในการรับรู้ข่าวสาร ภาพลักษณ์ของตำรวจ ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโทษของยาเสพติด ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโทษตามกฎหมาย อายุการทำงาน และการให้ความร่วมมือของนายจ้างต่อการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติด มีอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติดของกลุ่มผู้ใช้แรงงาน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดในสถานประกอบการ คือ การป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดเป็นหน้าที่ของทุกคนที่จะต้องร่วมกันเพื่อเป็นพลังในการต่อสู้เพื่อเอาชนะปัญหายาเสพติด เน้นด้านการป้องกันยาเสพติด โดยจัดกิจกรรมที่มีลักษณะเชิงสร้างสรรค์เพื่อให้ความรู้ ความเข้าใจในโทษพิษภัยอันตรายของยาเสพติด การปรับสภาพแวดล้อมในสถานประกอบการไม่ให้เอื้อต่อการใช้ยาเสพติด การปรับสภาพแวดล้อมด้านครอบครัวผู้ใช้แรงงาน ส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในครอบครัว สร้างมาตรการป้องปรามยาเสพติดในสถานประกอบการ เพื่อไม่ให้มีการแพร่ระบาดของยาเสพติด สร้างมาตรการปราบปรามยาเสพติด ลดปริมาณยาเสพติดโดยตัดวงจรการค้ายาเสพติดในสถานประกอบการ การบำบัด รักษาและฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ติดยาเสพติด ปรับเปลี่ยนจิตใจและพฤติกรรมให้กลับคืนมาเป็นคนดีของสังคม

Abstract: The research was aimed to study the cause for workers participation in drug prevention and suppression effort in Samut Prakarn Province, assess the level of workers participartion in drug prevention and suppression effort in Samut Prakarn Province and study solution to improve workers participation in drug prevention and suppression effort in Samut Prakarn Province and study solution to improve workers participation in drug prevention and suppression effort in Samut Prakarn Province. This research collected information by interviewing a target group of 283 workers in Samut Prakarn Province. The statistics that were used for this research are percentage, average, and relationship analysis with the Chi-Square. The results shown that the male target groups has a close ratio result to the women group, in the age group of 16-30 years, who graduated from junior high school are single and have salary range of 4,000-7,000 baht per month, stay in a flat/apartment. This group is exposed to drug information up to 5 times per week. They have a negative opinion of the image of police, a recognition of harsh drug punishment, but none distinction between different levels in drug punishment in terms of regulation. They have been employed around 1-5 years and the participation of the management in supporting drug activities. The results show that age, the level of education, marital status, salary, residence, the frequency of receiving drug information, police image, knowledge of drug punishment, knowledge of punishment regulations, the period of work, and the participation of the management that support activity in drug prevention and suppression effort have an affect in workers participation in drug prevention and suppression effort at a statistic level of 0.05. Recommendations on prevention and solving the drug problems in industries are: prevention and improvement is the responsibility of everyone who have to join together in fighting the drug problems, emphasis in drug prevention activity that provide knowledge about drug punishment, improve working conditions to discourage drug use, improve home life in worker families and support good families relationships, create standards in drug prevention in the industry to protect the spread out of drugs, create suppression standards and decrease the amount of drug dealer by reducing the numeric of groups selling drugs in the industry, treat and rehabilitates drug addicts and improve their emotional attitude to become beneficial member of society.
