Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study and compare administrators power Implementation in schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4, in seven aspects: reward power, coercive power, legitimate power, referent power, expert power, Information power and connection power. The samples were 335 teachers in the academic year 2012 under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4. The instrument used in this research was a five-rating scale questionnaire with 0.95 of reliability. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-way ANOVA : F-test and multiple comparison tests using Scheffes method.The results of the research were as follows:1. The teachers opinions on administrators power implementation in schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4, in overall and each aspect, were at high levels. 2. When comparing the teachers opinions on administrators power implementation in schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4, classified by gender, it was found that there was not significantly different. 3. When comparing the teachers opinions on administrators power implementation in schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4, classified by work experience, it was found that it was different at the 0.05 level of significance. 4. When comparing the teachers opinions on administrators power implementation in schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4, classified by school size, it was found that it was different at the 0.05 level of significance.
