Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate teachers opinions towards competencies of administrators at Satreeprasertsin School under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 17 in 5 aspects: potentiality of changes, potentiality of leaders, aims for achievement, administrational sharpness, and understanding establishment and communication. Samples included 83 teachers at Satreeprasertsin School under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 17. A questionnaire with a reliability of 0.985 was used to collect data. Statistics employed to analyze the data composed of frequency, percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation.
The results were as follows:
Overall, the opinions toward competencies of the administrators of the teachers at Satreeprasertsin School under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 17 was at a high level, also in every aspect, as follows: administrational sharpness, the potentiality for leaders, the aims for achievement, the potentiality for changes, and the understanding establishment and communication, respectively.
1. For the potentiality of changes, the administrators obtained the competency at a high level in establishing and committing to success.
2. For the aims of achievement, the administrators obtained the competency at a high level in integrating to work with the administration to act.
3. For the administrational sharpness, the administrators obtained the competency at a high level in amenabling to reason or different.
4. For the understanding establishment and communication, the administrators obtained the competency at a high level in behaving in a classy and respectful towards others.
5. For the potentiality of being leaders, the administrators obtained the competency at a high level in adherencing to rules and responsibilities.
