Abstract:
The objective of this study was to increase efficiency in reduction of the delay in construction of waste water treatment in the case study of TT Co., Ltd. In order to minimize of delay procedure, the study used a critical path of activity to find which of procedure taking in the process. Also, to find a preliminary risk in the operation, the study found that the construction of the waste water treatment of the case study was lack of appropriate plan in plant project, Thus, this made the construction period of the third basin over the contract 11 days. While the project was planned, the project has to be fined in the amount of 100,000 Thai baht per day; otherwise; as total for 1.1 million Thai baht. Originally, the third basin costed 9,272,852 Thai baht. Then this would possibly make the cost increased 11.8% per cost of the third basin. As a result, the construction projects were expected to be optimized the time at reduced to 12 days, which from 73 days to 61 days. With cost increase of 201,939 baht, or 2.1% of the cost of the project, there would be the fine of 898,061 Thai baht, or 81.61% of the fine decreasing.
