Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study about the relationship between the concept of restaurant design and customersi decision on choosing a service at CHECKMATE restaurant, one of the restaurant situated at Asiatique branch, BANGKOK. The research used the quantitative method by using a questionnaire. The sample consists of 400 customers of CHECKMATE restaurant at Asiatique branch, BANGKOK, both male and female / age at 20 years old up through convenient sampling technique. Results indicated that most of the respondents were females. Their ages were between 41-50 years old. Most of them were single. They held Bachelor degrees. The major occupation was working as employee.There average monthly income was more than at 20,000 r 30,000 Baht per month. The factors affecting their decision to select the concept of restaurant design and customersi decision on choosing a service at CHECKMATE restaurant, one of the restaurant situated at Asiatique branch, BANGKOK. In addition, results of factor analysis showed that 3 new factors were Exterior design, Interior design and Decoration design. Multiple Regression was used to test the relationship between the concept of restaurant design and customersi decision on choosing a service at CHECKMATE restaurant, one of the restaurant situated at Asiatique branch, BANGKOK. Results showed that Customersi decision on choosing a service for all aspects associated with the decision to select between the concept of restaurant design.
