Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to: This research has objectivities in order to improve personal planning development program by using measurement result of organization in balancing model in Vocational Educational Institute and to evaluate the efficiency of training models of personal planning development program by using measurement result of organization in balancing model in Vocational Educational Institute. The target group of the research is Deputy Director of Human Resource Department, Deputy- Director of Planning and Co-operative Department, Deputy - Director Academic Department, Head of Human Resource Department and Head of Professional Department from colleges under the administrative of Vocational Institute. The results of this research show as below:
1. Personal Planning Development Program by using measurement result of organization in balancing model in Vocational Educational Institute consist of forming team of committee of personal planning development program , process performance of personal planning development and conclusion & report of personal planning development program. Advisory level has evaluated the properness and correctness shows very high proficiency.
2. Training models of personal planning development program by using measurement result of organization in balancing model in Vocational Educational Institute consist of three topics. The evaluating results according to applied training of CIPP Model shows that content evaluation in properness shows very high proficiency. And the relation and coherence between topics and training curriculum shows very high proficiency in all studied lists. The evaluation of primary factors has very high proficiency in the relation and coherence in behavioral objectivities. The manual of development model in personal development uses measurement result of organization in balancing model in Vocational Educational Institute show very high proficiency. The process evaluation receives achievement scores of theory at 82.56 / 87.67 and achievement scores of performance has value at 90.85% which is higher than defined standard of both theory and performance. The trainees show high satisfactory result to training program in very high proficiency. And productive evaluation shows that trainees can bring all received knowledges and skillfulness and perform in real actual situation with very high proficiency result. And follow up process of administrative teams for the result of working of this program trainee. And the evaluation of satisfaction in improving personal planning development program using in schools by professional teachers shows satisfactory at very high proficiency which relates to aimed objectivities.
