Abstract:
The objective of the research was to study about internal supervision on academic affairs in schools under Kudbak Network Administration Center, Sakonnakorn Educational Service Area Office 1. The results of the research would be used as administration guides for schools under Kudbak Network Administration Center, also as information for other schools and organization to apply for their academic affairs.
The questionnaire developed by researcher was used for data collecting at 0.90 statistic reliability. The samples were 132 teachers and administrators in Kudbak Network Administration Center, Sakonnakorn Educational Service Area Office 1. The data were analyzed by using mean, percentage, standard deviation, and t-test.
Findings were showed that:
Internal supervision on academic affairs in schools under Kudbak Network Administration Center, Sakonnakorn Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a moderate level ( = 3.27).
Considering on each aspect, all 10 aspects were at moderate level, ranging from high to low average: the evaluation of teaching and learning ( = 3.36), establishing community relationship ( = 3.34), providing facilities ( = 3.32), teacher training ( = 3.29), course syllabus development ( = 3.28), new teacher orientation ( = 3.28), personnel administration ( = 3.28), student extra services ( = 3.22), teaching systematic management ( = 3.22), and equipment providing ( = 3.15), respectively.
Gender, education level, responsibility, and work experience had no influence on overall opinion and each aspect.
