Abstract:
The objective of the research was to study internal supervision in Kudbak Pattana Suksa school under Sakonnakorn Secondary Educational Services Area Office 23. The samples composed of 55 teachers in Kudbak Pattana Suksa school. The questionnaire was used for data collecting. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
Findings were showed that:
1. The samples consisted of male more than female, 48 undergraduates and 7 graduates, were teaching in all subject areas, more than half of the samples had less than 20 years work experience.
2. Internal supervision in Kudbak Pattana Suksa school was at high level, ranging from high to low: course syllabus development, personnel administration, teaching and learning evaluation, teacher training, facilities providing, student extra services, teaching systematic management, community relationship establishing, equipment providing and new teacher orientation, respectively.
3. Recommendations from the study for problem-solving: teachers lack of new teaching skill, the school should have new teaching skill training; reduce other tasks; research training; develop learning resources; educational technology visiting; provide plan for training; and evaluate media utilization continuously and systematically
