An Educational Quality Management in the Basic Educations, Thongphaphum District Under The Office Kanchanaburi Peimary Educational Service Area Office 3
Abstract:
This research aimed to study and compare an educational quality management in the basic education institutions, Thongphaphum district, the office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 3, classified by samples degree graduation and position. Samples included 214 administrators and teachers in the basic education institutions, Thongphaphum district, the office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 3. An instrument used to collect data was a 5-scale rating questionnaire which had a reliability of .98. Statistics used to analyze the data composed of average percentage, Arithmetic mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and F test.
The results showed that
1. Administrators and teachers in basic education institutions, Thongphaphum district, Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 had opinions on the educational quality management at a high level in every step, as follows: the corresponding operation with the plan, planning, and improvement, respectively.
2. Comparing the administrators opinions with the teachers opinions, classified by their graduation, found significantly difference at .05 level.
