Abstract:
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบฤทธิ์การต้านเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ของสาร
สกัดผิวมะกรูดจากการสกัด 2 วิธีคือ การสกัดด้วย soxhlet extraction และการกลั่นด้วยไอน้ำ การ
สกัดด้วย soxhlet extraction ใช้ตัวทำลายที่แตกต่างกัน 3 ตัวคือ เอทานอล เอธิลอะซีเตรท และ
เฮกเซน จะได้สารสกัดอยู่ในรูปสารสกัดหยาบจากนั้นนำสารสกัดที่ได้ไปทดสอบฤทธิ์การยับยั้งเชื้อ
แบคที่เรียที่ห้ามพบในเครื่องสำอางจำนวน 5 เชื้อ ดังนี้psudomonas areruginosa , staphylococcus
aureus , salmonella app., staphylococcus epidermidis และ escherichia coli. โดยใช้ampicillin
เป็น positive control และใช้DMSO เป็น negative control ผลการทดลองจะได้ว่าการสกัดด้วยวิธี
soxhlet extraction โดยใช้เอธิล อะซีเตรท เป็นตัวทำละลายจะได้สารสกัดผิวมะกรูดที่มี
ประสิทธิภาพในการต้านเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ได้ดีที่สุด แล้วทดสอบความคงตัวของสารสกัดมะกรูดที่สกัด
ด้วยเอธิล อะซีเตรท เมื่อตั้งทิ้งไว้ที่อุณหภูมิต่างกัน
Abstract:
This research is purposes to analyze the comparative effects of antimicrobial from
Citrus hystrix DC. extract from the extraction process with Soxhlet extraction and steam
distillation extraction with Soxhlet extraction using the solvent different three solvent is
ethanol, ethyl acetate and hexane to extract in the crude extract , then extract it to test
inhibitory bacteria that not found in cosmetics five infection follows Psudomonas
areruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella app., Staphylococcus epidermidis and
Escherichia coli. using Ampicillin as positive control and DMSO as negative control
results is that the extraction with Soxhlet extraction using ethyl acetate. great as a solvent
to extract the Citrus hystrix DC. effective antimicrobial best. To test the stability of Citrus
hystrix Dc. extracts extracted with ethyl acetate at different temperatures.
