Abstract: คู่มือกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคมและสาธารณประโยชน์ช่วยให้ครูมีแนวทาง การวางแผนการจัดกิจกรรม การบูรณาการเข้ากับ 8 กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ ลดความซ ้ำซ้อนในการทำงาน ทำให้ครูรู้จักและเข้าใจนักเรียนมาก ยิ่งขึ้น ดังนั้นผู้วิจัยจึงสนใจศึกษาวิจัยเรื่องนี้ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาคู่มือกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคม และสาธารณประโยชน์ และ 2) เพื่อประเมินผลคู่มือกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคมและสาธารณประโยชน์ ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการ ทดลอง โรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นปราณบุรี-สามร้อยยอด จำนวน 2 โรงเรียน ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนชั้น ประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1- 6 จำนวน 12 คน และนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่1-6 จำนวน 316 คน ดำเนินการทดลองใช้คู่มือใน ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2557 โรงเรียนละ 10 ชั่วโมง สัปดาห์ละ 1 ชั่วโมง รวมระยะเวลา 10 สัปดาห์ เครื่องมือที่ใชใ้น การวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง แบบทดสอบ และแบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใชใ้นการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ผลการออกแบบและพัฒนาคู่มือครู พบว่า ครูที่ปรึกษามีความคิดเห็นต่อคู่มือครูในการจัด กิจกรรมเพื่อสังคมและสาธารณประโยชน์ว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก (X = 3.96) ประกอบดว้ย วตัถุประสงค์ ขอบข่ายเนื้อหา คำแนะนำการใช้คู่มือ แบบประเมิน เกณฑ์การประเมิน แบบสรุป แบบบันทึก เนื้อหาแบ่งเป็น 4 ส่วน คือ ส่วนที่ 1 บทนำ ส่วนที่ 2 กิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน ส่วนที่ 3 คุณลกัษณะอนัพึงประสงค์ และส่วนที่ 4 กิจกรรมเพื่อสังคมและสาธารณประโยชน์ 2. ผลการประเมินผลคู่มือครู จากแบบทดสอบความรู้ความเขา้ใจ จำ นวน 30 ข้อๆ ละ 1 คะแนน รวม 30 คะแนน พบว่า ครูที่ปรึกษามีความรู้ความเขา้ใจในการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคมและสาธารณประโยชน์ อยู่ในระดับ คุณภาพดี (X = 25.00) คิดเป็นร้อยละ 83.33 ผลการประเมินความสามารถของครูที่ปรึกษาในการจัดกิจกรรม เพื่อสงัคมและสาธารณประโยชน์ อยู่ในระดับคุณภาพดี (X = 13.10) คิดเป็นร้อยละ 87.33 ผลการประเมินความ คิดเห็นของครูที่ปรึกษา พบว่า คู่มือมีการระบุขั้นตอนไว้ชัดเจน ครอบคลุมวัตถุประสงค์ เข้าใจง่าย มีเนื้อหา ไม่ยากจนเกินไป มีภาพประกอบที่น่าสนใจ มีกิจกรรมที่เหมาะสม สามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริง และผลการประเมินคุณลกัษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผูเ้รียน จำนวน 10 กิจกรรม พบว่า นักเรียนมีคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์อยู่ใน ระดบัดี (X = 3.38) คิดเป็นร้อยละ 84.52 การนำคู่มือการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคมและสาธารณประโยชน์ ครูผู้ดูแลการจัดกิจกรรมอาจมีการ ปรับเปลี่ยนกิจกรรมให้มีความหลากหลาย และเหมาะสมกับสภาวะแวดล้อมและระดับชั้นของนักเรียนเพื่อให้เกิดความ เหมาะสม Events Guide for social activities and dedication. Decrease the overlap in the work, Make teacher know and understand the students more than now So, the research then take an interest to research about this story with the following objective. 1) For design and development of social activities and dedications. 2) For guide to assess the design and development activities, For example, Two local government schools were use in the experiment teachers in grade 1 to 6, a total of 12 people. And the elementary pupil studies grade 1 to 6, a total of 316 pupils. In 2557, 1 academic semester the school use 10 hours for 1 week when the handbook was followed, Were used in the study of research. For example A structured interviews, tests and evaluation. The statistics used for data analysis, percentage and average. The findings of the research are the following 1. Results of design and development of the teachers, counselors, teachers find that the opinions of teachers in the dedications and social activities that are appropriate in the study. (X=3.96) Contain objective, scope, instructions manual, evaluation, criteria used to evaluate ,summarize, the contents are divided into four parts : Part 1 Introduction Part 2 of student activity Part 3 desirable attributes and Part 4 social activities and dedications. 2. The evaluation found that teachers, from understanding test total 30 choices, 1 choice per 1 score. Total 30 scores. Counselor, teacher have a better understanding of the social activities and dedication to good quality. (X= 25.00) 83.33 percent. The evaluation found that teachers, The Handbook has specific steps for the advisor teacher for assessment options, cover the objective and easy to understand, There is an interesting illustration, There is appropriate activity, can apply effectively. 10 activities that are appropriate when applied effectively, the students to activities in class quality. In good quality (X= 3.38) 84.52 percent. An evaluation of the social activities by the dedicated counselors, teachers who can alter the varied activities, an appropriate environment and appropriate level of the student.
