THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT AND THE INNOVATION OF TEACHING AND LEARNING IN SCHOOLS UNDER THE OFFICE OF SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 27
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the teachers opinion of the development of human resources in schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 27 ; 2) to study the development of the innovation of teaching and learning in schools under the office of Secondary Educational Service Area 27 ; 3) to study the relationship between the human resource development and the innovation of teaching and learning in schools under the office of Secondary Educational Service Area 27. The sample consisted of 356 teachers. The instrument used for collecting data was five-level rating scale questionnaire. Data was analyzed by percentage, average, standard deviation and Pearsons correlation. The results showed that :
1. The development the teachers opinion in the development of human resources in schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 27 was at a high level. Considering as an aspect, it was found the partly of the orientation was at a high level. The highest average was suggesting the staffs to know the boss and colleague. The lowest was the advice of regulatory and requirements.
2. The development of the innovation of teaching and learning in schools under the office of Secondary Educational Service Area 27 was at a high level.
Considering as an aspect, it was found set target to develop the innovation was at a high level. The highest average was set purpose of the development of innovation of teaching and learning, set purpose of the development concern with knowledge. The lowest was set purpose of the development concern with the attitude.
3. The relationship between the human resource development and the innovation of teaching and learning in schools under the office of Secondary Educational Service Area 27 as a whole and each aspect at a high level.
