Abstract:
The objective of this research was to study the five driving factors of work satisfaction of personnel of Udomsitthisuksa school, Sangkhlaburi district, Kanchanaburi province. These five factors include work success, social acceptance, types of work, career progression opportunity, and responsibility towards the assigned work. The participated study group consisted of 43 personnel of various positions who were working at Udomsitthisuksa school, Sangkhlaburi district, Kanchanaburi province. The positions participated include the school principal, assistant principal, and teachers. The statistics used in analyzing the collected data included frequency, mean, and Standard Deviation.
According to the results of study, the overall level of work satisfaction as well as the level of work satisfaction in terms of each aspect of personnel who were working at Udomsitthisuksa school was at a high level, as follows: responsibility (µ = 4.39), work success (µ = 4.30), types of work (µ = 4.30), social acceptance (µ = 4.13), and career progression opportunity (µ = 3.80), respectively.
