Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลตามการรับรู้ของครูสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดยะลา (2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามการรับรู้ของครูสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดยะลา (3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล ตามการรับรู้ของครูสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดยะลา จำแนกตามตัวแปรเพศ วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน (4) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามการรับรู้ของครูสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดยะลา จำแนกตามตัวแปรเพศ วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน(5) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมมาภิบาลกับประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามการรับรู้ของครูสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดยะลา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการทำวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ ครูสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดยะลาปีการศึกษา2557 จำนวน 150 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปและสถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) เมื่อพบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันจึงทดสอบด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Sheffe’sMethod) และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลหาความสัมพันธ์โดยวิธีการวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product Moment CorrelationCoeffcient) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล ตามการรับรู้ของครูสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดยะลา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามการรับรู้ของครูสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดยะลาโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. การเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล ตามการรับรู้ของครูสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดยะลา ตามตัวแปรเพศและประสบการณ์ทำงาน พบว่า โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน ในส่วนของวุฒิการศึกษา พบว่า โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการบริหารตามหลักนิติธรรมและด้านการบริหารตามหลักคุณธรรมมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 4. การเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามการรับรู้ของครูสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดยะลา ตามตัวแปรเพศ วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ทำงาน พบว่า โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 5. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมมาภิบาลกับประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามการรับรู้ของครูสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดยะลา พบว่า โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีความสัมพันธ์กันเชิงบวกในระดับปานกลาง This objectives of this research were (1) to study good governance of school administration according to teachers’ perception under the Yala Provincial Vocational Education, (2) to study the effectiveness of school administration according to teachers’ perception under the Yala Provincial Vocational Education, (3) to compare the good governance according to teachers’ perception under the Yala Provincial Vocational Education categorized by gender, educational background, and experience in school job, (4) to compare the effectiveness of school administration according to categorized by gender, educational background, and experience in school job, (5) to study the relationship between the good governance and effectiveness of school administration according to teachers’ perception under the Yala Provincial Vocational Education. The sample used in this study was 150 teachers under the Yala Provincial Vocational Education year 2014.The data were analyzed using computer software and the data were analyzed using the percentage, t-test, and F-test. If in case the difference was found, the Sheffe's Method would be brought into account and analyzed the correlation of the data by using the Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Co-efficient. The results showed that 1. The overall and specific aspect level of good governance according to teachers’ perception under the Yala Provincial Vocational Education were at a high level. 2. The overall and specific aspect level of the effectiveness of school administration according to the teachers’ perception under the Yala Provincial Vocational Education were at a high level. 3. Comparison of the good governance according to categorized by gender and experience in school job, found that the overall and specific aspect were not different while considering by educational background, the study found no significant difference by overall but considering by each aspect the study found that there was significantly difference between the administration based on the rule of law and the administration based on merit system at 0.05 4. Comparison of the effectiveness of school administration according to categorized by gender, educational background, and experience in school job, showed that there were no differences in both the overall and in each aspect. 5. The correlation between the good governance and the effectiveness of school administration according to teachers’ perception under the Yala Provincial Vocational Education found that the overall and the specific aspect was positively at medium level.
