Abstract: วิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล จังหวัดนราธิวาส สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 152) เพื่อศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารในโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล จังหวัดนราธิวาส สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 15 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล จังหวัดนราธิวาส สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 15 และ 4) เพื่อประมวลปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล จังหวัดนราธิวาส สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 15 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 236 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถาม แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ตอน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ.925 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1.ระดับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล จังหวัดนราธิวาส สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 15 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2.ระดับประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล จังหวัดนราธิวาส สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 15 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3.การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล จังหวัดนราธิวาส สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 15 มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 4.การประมวลปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล จังหวัดนราธิวาส สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 15 พบว่า 4.1 ปัญหาการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า ผู้บริหารไม่ค่อยรับฟังความคิดเห็นของผู้ปฏิบัติงานเท่าที่ควร ผู้บริหารขาดการปฏิสัมพันธ์กับผู้ปฏิบัติงาน ผู้ปฏิบัติงานไม่ได้รับอิสระและเสรีภาพในการแสดงความคิดเห็นในเรื่องงานและผู้บริหารไม่ไว้วางใจผู้ปฏิบัติงาน 4.2 ปัญหาประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล พบว่า ผู้บริหารไม่สามารถปรับตัวให้เข้ากับผู้ปฏิบัติงานได้ ผู้บริหารไม่มีเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจน ทุกฝ่ายเข้าใจไม่ตรงกันและผู้บริหารไม่เข้าใจวัฒนธรรมและสภาพของโรงเรียน 4.3 ข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า ผู้บริหารควรให้บุคลากรทุกฝ่ายเข้าใจตรงกัน ผู้บริหารควรเอาใจใส่และให้ความเป็นกันเองต่อผู้ปฏิบัติงาน ผู้บริหารควรให้อำนาจและอิสระในการทำงานแก่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานและผู้บริหารควรให้ความยุติธรรม 4.4 ข้อเสนอแนะประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล พบว่า ผู้บริหารควรวางแผนก่อนการทำงานและปรับแนวคิด วิธีการใหม่ๆ เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย ผู้บริหารควรให้การสนับสนุนแก่ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน ผู้บริหารควรมีการวางแผนร่วมกันและผู้บริหารควรให้การสนับสนุนให้บุคลากรเข้าใจและทำวิจัยเพิ่มขึ้น ผู้บริหารควรให้ความยุติธรรมและผู้บริหารควรสนับสนุนโครงการและงบประมาณทุกโครงการ The purpose of this research were 1) To study the level of the participative administration of administrators in the worldclass standard school in Narathiwas provice under the mathayom education service area office 15. 2) To study the level of the effectiveness of administrators in the worldclass standard school in Narathiwas provice under the mathayom education service area office 15. 3) To consider correlation between participative administration and the effectiveness of administrators in the worldclass standard school in Narathiwas provice under the mathayom education service area office 15. And 4) To examine problems and suggestions on the participative administration and the effectiveness of administrators in the worldclass standard school in Narathiwas provice under the mathayom education service area office 15.The sample groups were 236 persons. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire consisting of four parts with .925 reliability. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, frequency, standard deviation and the correlation ofPearson. Research finding were as the following: 1. The level of the participative administration of administrators in the worldclass standard school in Narathiwas provice under the mathayom education service area office 15 was found at high level. 2. The level of the effectiveness of administrators in the worldclass standard school in Narathiwas provice under the mathayom education service area office 15 was found at high level. 3. The correlation between the participative administration and the effectiveness of administrators in the worldclass standard school in Narathiwas provice under the mathayom education service area office 15 was relations on 0.01 level of significance.4. To examine problems and suggestions on the participative administration and the effectiveness of administrators in the worldclass standard school in Narathiwas provice under the mathayom education service area office 15, from highest frequency are as the following: 4.1 The problems on the participative administration of administrators ; administrators rarely get feedback of workers, administrators did not relation with workers, workers can not feedback about Their work and administrators did not trust workers. 4.2 The problems on the effectiveness of administrators ; administrators can not adapt to the worker, administrators has not goal, all workers are misunderstand and administrators did not get culture and environment of school. 4.3 The suggestions on the participative administration of administrators ; administrators should provide all workers understanding, administrators should be attentive and friendly, administrators should provide the power and freedom to workers and administrators should provide fairness. 4.4 The suggestions the effectiveness of administrators ; administrators should plan and adjust concept, administrators should coordinate with worker and support for research,administrators should fairness and administrators should support all project.
