States and problems of the student assistance system management in Anubansangkhlaburi school under Kanchanaburi primary educational service area office 3
Abstract:
This research aimed to study the states and problems of the students assistance system management in Anubansangkhlaburi School under the office of Kanchanaburi Educational Service Area 3 on 5 aspects: knowing individual student, student screening, promotion of student, prevention and resolution, and forwarding. Population used in the study were 50 Anubansangkhlaburi school teachers. The statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The instrument was a 5-scale rating questionnaire.
The research results were as follows:
1. Mosts of the teachers are female (74%), aged between 30-40 years old (50%), graduated Bachelor degree (88%), and class teacher (78%).
2. The states of the students assistance system management in Anubansangkhlaburi School both an overall and each aspect were at a high level in the following order: 1) the prevention and resolution (µ = 4.29, = 0.43), 2) knowing individual student (µ = 4.28, = 0.53), 3) students screening (µ = 4.24, = 0.78), 4) the promotion of students (µ = 4.08, = 0.65), and 5) forwarding (µ = 3.95, = 0.64).
3. Problems of the students assistance system management in Anubansangkhlaburi School both an overall and each aspect were at a low level in the following order: 1) the prevention and resolution (µ = 1.60, = 0.70), 2) knowing individual student (µ = 1.63, = 0.70), 3) screening students (µ = 1.64, = 0.72), 4) the promotion of students (µ = 1.85, = 0.81), and 5) forwarding (µ = 1.85, = 0.81).
