Teachers satisfaction on the school-based management in schools in Ruamjai 4 Tambons school network under Petchaburi primary educational service area office 2
Abstract:
This research aimed to: 1) study teachers satisfaction on the school-based management of administrators in schools in Ruamjai 4 Tambons School Network under Petchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) study the level of satisfaction in the performance of teachers in schools in Ruamjai 4 Tambons School Network, and 3) study the relationship between the school-based management of administrators and satisfaction with the performance of teachers in Ruamjai 4 Tambons School Network, classified by gender, age, education level, and experience to work in the present school. The population used in this study included 66 teachers in 8 schools in Ruamjai 4 Tambons School Network under Petchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Statistics used for analyzing data composed of frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and the correlation coefficient of Pearson.
Findings:
1. Conditions managed by the school-based management: overview found the state administration is using the base principles of the five principles in a very positive relationship with the teachers satisfaction in the performance all 10 aspects in an overall at .01 level of statistically significance.
2. Satisfaction in the performance of teachers in schools in Ruamjai 4 Tambons School Network both overall and each aspect had positive correlation statistically significance at the .01 level.
3. Compared the relationship between the state administration and teachers satisfaction the school-based management in Ruamjai 4 Tambons School Network under Petchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by gender, age, education level, and experience to work in the present school found that teachers satisfaction with the school-based management in Ruamjai 4 Tambons School Network had a moderate correlation coefficient close to 0.50.
