The Educational management based on sufficiency economy philosophy implementation of schools under the office of Petchaburi primary educational service area 2
Abstract:
The objectives of the research were to study and compare the educational management based on sufficiency economy philosophy implementation of schools under the office of Petchaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2. Samples were 289 administrators and teachers. The research tool was a 5-rating scale questionnaire and the data obtained were analyzed by computer to acquire percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test.
The findings were as follows:
1. The educational management based on sufficiency economy philosophy implementation of the schools under the office of Petchaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2 in an overall was at a high level ( = 4.40, S.D. = 0.60), also each aspect was at a high level, as follows: arrangement atmosphere and the environment within the school, ( = 4.44, S.D. = 0.60), budget management ( = 4.43, S.D. = 0.57), instructional management ( = 4.42, S.D. = 0.58), participation ( = 4.40, S.D. = 0.63), management system ( = 4.39, S.D. = 0.54), curriculum development ( = 4.38, S.D. = 0.63), the monitoring and evaluating for school management ( = 4.35, S.D. = 0.66), respectively.
2. Position of educational personnel (administrators and teachers) had no influence on their opinions on the educational management based on the sufficiency philosophy implementation of the schools under the office of Petchburi Primary Educational Service Area 2.
